Let me start out with a good things first, the atmosphere is truly beautiful.. The milkshakes looked absolutely amazing and yummy, we didn't get to try it because we were kind of stuffed. The food itself, was okay other people at my table really enjoyed their food. I had plain pancakes which I just wanted syrup with however it was not the best pancakes by far it was really nothing special, which was disappointing for a place that is specializing in pancakes. I believe the reason why they have all those yummy things on top is the downplay the pancakes have no taste. I would definitely go back to try something different maybe lunch is more their Forte. My son had the chocolate chip pancakes and he loves pancakes however also said this was not his favorite. The waiters were very very sweet, however we asked for refills on coffee several times before they finally came to refill towards the end of the meal. It's a very busy place and it seemed like they may be a little overwhelmed with the amount of tables they had. Which is totally normal for a place that busy. Like I said they were very sweet so that made up for it. A lot of people love this place so I will definitely try to give it another go and bring back my other son next time I do we will definitely be trying the milkshakes! Last thing that was super super cool they have a carousel in the middle of the restaurant as soon as you walk in for the younger kids which was really cool because we got to see the kids on it and so happy so that was pretty awesome.. definitely recommend this place if you have little ones.

We drove over an hour to eat here, and it was absolutely worth it. The food was outstanding, creative, and packed with flavor. The service made you feel like your back home eating at your favorite spot after game day. The owner just so happened to be there and connect with us despite being very busy. Between the owner, the GM, the food, and the atmosphere made this the kind of place you tell everyone about and can’t wait to visit again.

Brought my parents here for the first time and we had a great experience. The restaurant itself is really nice. It has a diner feel and circus/fair decor, including a huge carousel. I liked that the tables were nicely spaced so it didn’t feel cramped like some other brunch spots. For a Sunday around 1 PM, it surprisingly wasn’t too crowded. Our server was friendly and helpful with the menu, unfortunately don’t remember her name. I ordered the Tijuana Skillet, and it was delicious. Highly recommend it. We also tried the churro French toast, which was also really yummy and tasted just like a churro. The only thing I didn’t love was the milkshake. It was a little too blended for my taste, and I wasn’t a fan of the milk they used. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend trying it out.

I recently visited the Brownstone Pancake Factory and had a fantastic dining experience. I opted for the breakfast combo, which was a delightful start to the day. The combination of fluffy pancakes, crispy bacon, and eggs cooked to perfection was satisfying, and the fresh-squeezed orange juice was a refreshing complement. I also enjoyed the honey oat latte—smooth and subtly sweet, it was the perfect pick-me-up. My daughters tried the gluten-free pancakes and couldn’t stop raving about them; they absolutely loved the texture and flavor. It’s great to find a place that caters to dietary needs without compromising on taste. My wife chose the Jersey Turnpike sandwich, which featured hearty ingredients that she really enjoyed. The blend of flavors was impressive, and it paired nicely with her meal. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, making it a great spot for families. The service was friendly and attentive, which added to the overall positive experience. Overall, Brownstone Pancake Factory exceeded our expectations with its delicious food and excellent service. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a satisfying breakfast!

Love, love, love this place! One of, if not THE most consistent restaurants when it comes to overall service in the area. The food is great as well as reasonably priced for the portions and the staff is "off-the-hook" sensational! You can go back over and over again never eating the same item twice and be satisfied. A must to stop for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Went recently for Brunch, all aspects were great. Service was friendly, welcoming, accommodating and attentive. Menu is massive featuring a wide variety of breakfast, lunch and even a selection of dinner entrees as well. Portions are borderline massive, you definitely get your money's worth. No alcohol is served but they do have a great selection of coffee and espresso drinks as well as some extravagant milkshakes. Food came out pretty quick, everything was hot and fresh. Restrooms and dining area were clean and modern. Well definitely come back soon to try more!

Brownstone serves huge portions. Their menu has a great variety of selections with food unique to their establishment. I have visited several times and it is least busy during the day for brunch on a weekday. If you go on a weekend and have to wait in line, there is a life size connect 4 game to play on in the waiting area. There is ample handicap parking.

This was the first time we tried this place. It had quite an interesting motiff. A very Country Fair + Circus vibe. It had a moving carousel on display (but you couldn't ride it). It was nice and neat. We were seated immediately. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I can't complain. The food was very delicious and filling. Like a diner, there were too many items to choose from. It took awhile before we settled on what we wanted. I had the chicken sausage and cheese omelette, while my wife had the California Omelette. My eldest son got the NJ Turnpike Sandwich with home fries and my other son got the chicken and waffles Benedict. Meanwhile, my daughter opt for the French Toast with Chocolate and Strawberries + a side of bacon. The meals really hit the spot. Well worth it! Next time we go there, we'll definitely try the milk shakes. The only letdown was that the restroom area stunk. It wasn't filthy, but it reeked like urine badly. They should clean up and sanitize that area really good. Still, the place is worth revisiting. Just hold your personal business, if you can, until you get home.
